Designed to give you instant gratification for your projects and performances, OneShot is an all-encompassing drum instrument that boasts the signature Klevgrand usability. Under the hood of OneShot is a library of over 8,000 meticulously sampled drums, recorded by recording professionals in a variety of premium studios using high-quality instruments and equipment. How does it sound to have the Ghost drummer Ludvig Kennberg and producer Niels Nielsen (Ghost, In Flames, Dead Soul, MCC) in your projects? Each sample features round-robin and velocity layers for enhanced realism which can be dialled to your exact taste - you decide how stiff or fluid you want your samples to sound!

Customisation is a theme that runs throughout OneShot. It's not just about the sounds that come included, you can import your own samples by simply dropping audio files into the plugin and Klevgrand's intelligent processing will automatically organise your samples into a playable instrument in just a few clicks.

If you're feeling overwhelmed at the sheer potential of OneShot, Klevgrand have included an intuitive preset manager where you can browse the 200 factory presets, divided into acoustic and electronic sounds or filter further by genre to find the exact sound you need. Keep your eyes peeled for future updates where additional kits will be released to further expand your tonal palette.

Drums - your own way

With so many moving parts that make up a drum set, they are more complex than most other instruments. With that in mind, making a virtual drum plugin with restricted routing and flexibility would severely hinder your ability to truly customise your drum kit sounds. Klevgrand has addressed this by creating a sample playback engine from the ground up and outfitting it with all the flexibility you need. Each of the 15 instrument slots features independent mixer controls for basic panning and volume, up to two FX slots to freely process individual drums and almost limitless routing possibilities. Send your drums to busses, sends, the master volume or bypass this entirely and multi-output to your DAW for further processing.

Slots and Triggers

OneShot fundamentally operates on a system of Slots, which are set off by Triggers. Each Slot can hold one or more audio files, such as various samples of a snare at different velocities. These Triggers are assigned to specific MIDI notes and come with their own set of parameters, such as envelopes, humanize settings, and others. A single Slot can be linked to multiple Triggers, allowing for the same Slot to be utilized across different Triggers to introduce meaningful variations. This includes the intelligent Humanize feature, which determines the extent to which the sound's playback is randomized with each note execution.

Poweful FX to enhance your drums

Critical to get your drums sounding the way you want, OneShot comes with a multitude of different FXs, capable of being placed on channels, busses and the main outputs independently. Each with two FX slots, you can apply specific processing to different sources or drum instruments independently, allowing a huge amount of control over your sound. Included within OneShot is a simple parametric EQ, distortion and saturator with eight modes, bitcrusher, algorithmic and convolution reverb, stereo widening, a tape-style delay and a finalizer.

With these tools at your disposal within the plug-in, you won't need to reach for any additional plug-ins within your project to get the sound you want. Enhance the punch, cut through a mix, put your drums in a realistic space, or experiment with unusual sound design, it's all possible inside OneShot.
