Double The Power

The Sherman Dual Filterbank 2 provides you with two Filterbank 2 systems in 1 unit, providing you with twice the power, and allowing for more flexibility. The dual design allows you to use them with multiple units. All controls and ports are positioned on the front of the unit, allowing for quick and easy access.

Improved Design & Functionality

The Sherman Filterbank 2 features an improved design and added functionality, with 5 new switches on each unit, and an extra input for a footpedal. Other new additions include 2 new LEDs, and an improved varnish layer. A 3-way switch has now been added on the input stage, allowing for high boosts and high cuts. A dedicated switch for 'Sensitrig' and 'Limit' have been added, which change the way the filters work, even allowing for self-oscillation if the input stage is overdriven to the extreme.

Powerful Filtering & Distortion

The Sherman Dual Filterbank 2 is a powerful filtering and distortion unit providing you with a range of filters including low-pass, band-pass, and high-pass, with controls for resonance, frequency, and ADSR. The Filterbank 2 is ideal for sound processing and effect mixing. The second filter boasts a 6-octave switch, which can be synced to the first filter for optimal flexibility. The ADSR generator for the filter features an external output, allowing you to integrate it with more filter banks or other modular equipment. The overdrive circuit is comprised of a VCA overdrive complete with AR generator and a ring modulator input.

In-Depth Control

The retro-style attenuators features colour-coded lines, allowing for quick and easy access. The attenuators are designed for optimal precision when it comes to dialing in the required levels. A 3-way switch is included for the powerful tracking function. This acts as a monophonic pitch follower, tuning the second filter to the incoming pitch, in turn making the first filter a slave of the second via the harmonics switch. You can change the way this function reacts on a normal or deep position, resulting in a powerful and punchy low-end, ideal for creating thick, hard hitting basses. A 3-way function switch is also included for the LFO section, allowing you to use the sawtooth wave shape as a re-trigger, forcing the LFO to restart from the AR trig.
