The DD80 packs the essentials of a full drum kit into a compact, portable unit. With seven touch-sensitive pads and two foot pedals, it’s easy to set up in a bedroom or practice space – and just as easy to pack away again. You’ll get over 270 drum and percussion sounds and 45 pre-set kits, with space to save 10 of your own custom setups, so you can fine-tune everything to suit your style.
Play quietly, or plug in and jam
Practice any time using the headphone output – ideal for late-night sessions or shared households. You can also connect your phone or laptop to the AUX input and play along with your favourite tracks. The built-in speakers give clear playback and will mute automatically when headphones are plugged in.
Shape your sound and save it
Each pad can be individually customised with different sounds, volume, panning, tuning and reverb. You can even assign MIDI notes to each pad if you're using the DD80 as a controller. Once you’ve built your perfect kit, save it as a user preset to recall it later. With 100 backing tracks and the option to mute the drum part, there’s plenty of flexibility for practice and experimentation.
Record, learn and play your way
The DD80 makes it simple to track your progress. Record your performance and play it back instantly. Adjust the tempo, beat and metronome settings to suit your pace. The hand percussion mode even lets you play with your hands instead of sticks – great for experimenting with feel and dynamics.
